β β β β β Kennard is attentive in listening to the activities I did during my workouts that could cause more pain in my knees, and based on that helped to drill down the potential root cause and treat them directly. The pain felt alot better after going there few times.
A patient and friendly dude who knows what he is doing. Definitely recommend him!

β β β β β I went to get my arm looked at for a strain injury. But instead, Alison found other imbalances and parts of my body that were not firing correctly.
I walked in with a mind to fix my left arm, but over 4 sessions I got left grip strength improved, my deep breathing capacity improved, my squat strength and power output improved, and my arm fixed as well!
A great deal if you ask me. Thank you, Alison!

β β β β β I have been experiencing a lower back pain for 1.5 years and during this period had seen an orthopedic and plenty of therapists providing treatments ranging from Physiotherapy to Tuina and Acupuncture with limited success in eliminating the pain. After being treated by very skilled and dedicated Joe Sia, within less than a month, the pain was significantly relieved and my quality of life improved dramatically. Now, I can do any sport and activity I love with joy!

β β β β β I went to see Joe as an acute case as I hurt my back and could not even stand straight. Joe was meticulous in understanding my history of injuries and could swiftly alleviate my acute symptoms while addressing underlying causes to prevent further compensation. We then went on to implement a more holistic treatment of stress management to reduce weakening of muscles and any compensation, which was most beneficial for my recovery.

β β β β β Amelia is such a patient and knowledgeable therapist. I started on my postpartum journey with her to regain core and hip control, strength and stability. After 10 sessions with her I have seen amazing progrsss in my recovery, and am more confident in starting my training again. Definitely recommend rehab sessions with her!
