Really a great range of dresses to choose from at a reasonable price. The dress are very pretty and definitely you have something for you. Great services and great value.

My experience with Style Lease was above and beyond — Wan Wen went above and beyond to help me find a dress for the black tie, overseas wedding I was going to overseas. The dress I originally wanted was book the weekend before up to my Tuesday morning departure. As a precaution, we had a back up dress all ready to go. They rushed and were able to get me the original dress (delivered ??) in time! The return process too was super easy. Would definitely use again!

They have a good eye for style and they have picked out the best dresses that suits me for many occasions. Really wide variety of styles, I was spoilt for choice! The ladies are very friendly and cheerful and most importantly, they made me feel so comfortable picking out and trying on the outfits. Love that I can have different dresses for every occasion without breaking the bank.

TL;DR: Nice dresses, but their service isn't good. I came to Style Lease to rent a dress for mom. We arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment, there was no one there to attend to us. Someone then came in bringing her lunch, and seemed pretty annoyed that we arrived earlier as we disrupted her lunch time (the appointment was around 2PM I think). We started looking at the dresses, but received little guidance on the style the bring over there. After asking a few times, the lady there finally recommended a few dresses for my mom to try, and we managed to choose a dress 10 minutes later. There's quite a bit of waiting around, as there was another customer there. However, out of the 2 store attendants, only 1 was serving the customers, while the other one just sat around and playing her phone - not sure if that lady was a friend or working there. I wasn't happy that day but since my mom really needed the dress, I decided to close one eye and still proceed to rent a dress from there. Surprisingly during the 2nd appointment, the same lady attended to us and she was being really really nice (maybe better mood that day?). That day's experience was okay. On the day when we're supposed to return the dress, I texted the store to confirm their store opening hours. Received no reply. Eventually I called the number, and someone took the call (sounded sleepy), and told us to drop the dress by the shoe rack as they're not in the store (They're supposed to be open at 1PM but they're not even there?) - I feel this is quite unprofessional and it doesn't show a good quality of customer service. Hopefully they return my deposit promptly. But yeah, in summary, doesn't matter if your dresses are pretty, if the customer service sucks.

Had a great experience as staff were patient and provided recommendations for me. They were flexible with the change of event date, pick up and return dates etc. Responsive to emails and on WhatsApp as well. Thanks for the beautiful dress and great service! I would recommend to friends.

I went to rent a evening dress for my wedding and the two ladies that attend to me were very friendly and helpful while I was choosing the dresses even though I had to trouble them over the 30 minutes of my appointment time and trying the dresses within my budget. Definitely recommend you to go online/ Instagram to choose what you have in mind so that you can tell them what you like. Very grateful to them for getting my wedding dress in time and within my means. Will recommend to others for renting evening gowns! I look pretty on that day.
