First to thank Direct team and especially Mr. Lyndon for their excellent service in the last few days to arrange funeral for my beloved dad. It was grand & flawless, and everything was taken care by them. Thanks a lot

Direct Funeral helped us with this difficult period. It was tough letting my sister go and with their guidance , everything went smoothly. They were patient and clear in their explanation. It helped that Felix was very calm when tension among the family was high. The lady embalmer that was assigned to us also did a wonderful job. We wanted colourful flowers for my sister to represent her youthfulness and the team delivered it. The company also did a short biography of my sister to preserve our memory of her. As my sister passed away at a young age, we were grateful that we could send her off in the way she would have liked. They allowed us to personalize dance lights and dance music in the parlour every night. Even the limousine hearse had our own curated playlist of dance songs from Big Bang, TVXQ, and Coldplay. We opted for sea burial and the experience gave us closure. They organized an impromptu karaoke session on board in memory of her.. I also wanted to keep a bit of her ashes with me in a palm sized urn and they were able to arrange that very carefully. Thank you once again to the team at Direct Funeral Services for helping to send off my sister in the most personal and beautiful way. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed.

My heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Mr Sim & Dylan for the wonderful job that you did on our father's funeral. There was no detail that was not addressed or taken care of which took the pressure off of us and made everything go so smoothly for us. You have been a great comfort to our family during this time of great sadness. Thank you!
