★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a swiss regular costumer who comes every 2 weeks to do her nails... Since the end of november I want to take an appointment for the week of the 20th of december. And suddenly no slot available for me... Is it because I'm a foreigner or what ? Really chocked and then I wanted to speak with the manager and nobody call me back. Maybe paying my nails every 2 weeks is not enough for them ??? I'm sure a lots of other nails salon want New Customer and nobody will act so miserably like this. Really very bad to say Thank you like this to the regular Customer !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and unprofessional, they shaved the top of my nail and my nail nearly chipped. I didn't have nail polish or extensions on before, so for them to just shave it off?? NOT GOING BACK THERE EVER.???

Staff wasn't very proactive in recommending the colour maybe because they may be busy to quickly get done and next but they definitely has the skills and is also gentle while on the job. Best thing was there is no hard selling for package or extensive products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to diva queen for 4 years. Recently I shifted house and did not go for almost a year. Staff seem to have changed and attitudes also changed among 1 worker. They opened more branches.
Price is good; location is good. However staff need to be daring to advise customers aboit what suits the customer or the design they pick. Staff seem to be unwilling to share their suggestions. Service quality need to increase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times across 4-5 years on different occasions, standard has been consistent and manicures are of good quality. my recent visit was fantastic, staff was meticulous while doing nail cleaning and nail art. definitely worth trying out.
