poor environtment.you can see the manager face always like bad mood.the moment start the pedicure treatment the therapist keep insist to add treatment like waxing and telling me i have skin problem.they too hard sell until i feel depressed & uncomfortable the whole treatment. if i didnt buy the package after treatment,they show the face.sometimes give me rude tone because i didnt buy any package

Too much hard sell. They make you sit first, start the session then try to sell their $200-400++ treatment and wouldn’t let you go. They even said they would not use normal filer if we don’t sign treatment as the normal mani pedi comes with normal tools only. Service vise normal like any shops.

did my sole renewal treatment over here and my feet is better now! They have a lot of treatments like corn treatment and fungas treatment too! Staffs treat me like a princess and make me have a great time over here:) Thank you YISHUN NAIL PALACE!

Came to visit nail palace after many years, they are still very hard selling on their packages. I have visit the Northpoint branch they actually pestering you to buy the package from the start until the moment you have left. It’s kind of turn off and it is like no peaceful moment throughout the how mani pedi session. The quality was average and honestly i find nowadays the homebased service is better than the retail shop. I will definitely not coming back again.

My mom went there to trim her toe nails each time. Got a package which cost $800+ and convinced after 10 treatment, toe fungus wouldn't be there anymore. Now on her 2nd package, is still same!! My mom went there to also relax and be treated nice. But each and every time staff do super hard selling!! How to relax at spa??! My mom is stress each time going there!! 1st timers, goodluck!!

Horrible time. I have never dread going to a nail salon... Hard selling every single time I visit. Even after taking a package. Doesn't even matter if you're in a call. They will try to talk to you and force sell you things even if you don't need it. I tend to go later in the evenings, about 1.5 to 2 hours before closing to ensure there's ample time for a classic pedi to be done. And I tend not to go for and colours(which is included in the package) but I still got attitude from the staff. Even got reprimanded for that. I made a simple enquiry on whether or not I could use my own polish once, I was willing to pay extra (even though I barely have colours done on my toes in the package), 3 staff plus 1 manager had to come to my face together and say no. I only asked once nicely and would understand if they can't do that. But it's a little excessive to have 4 person come to my face to say no ain't it. They tried to sell me a personal nail kit too, "because it's more hygienic". I had a glimpse of the items and I own half the items in the bag. Only to find out the entire bag costs about $180. Does that mean if I bring my own nail tools from home I get a discount? I do my own manicure and on several occasions they have gave me judgemental looks asking where I got it done, thinking I have it done at some salon, force selling me time and again on mani packages. They only shut up about upselling manis when I said I did them on my own. Its so tiring there..

Please never step foot into this nail salon. Their service is 0/10. They would tell you that your nails are infected and recommend “treatments” that would help you. They would pressurise you into purchasing sessions after sessions. Please just save yourself from these evil scammers. Stay away from Nail Palace at all cost.

Constantly trying to hard sell….I requested for a simple design and they charged me $15 per toe! And I was agreeable to those charges but the workmanship was bad:( so disappointed! Initially the manager sounded so promising and now they cant draw a basic flower design. I took a classic pedicure service…there were no scrubbing done and basically it felt like an express service. Truly disappointing Nail Palace. You could have done much better. Never coming back! Please guys dont come here! Apparently a basic scrub for feet cost $18 bucks! Terrible!!
