Domaco is not the fastest in terms of replying messages, however, they do followup with messages and requests. ceiling fan was shaky and they followed up with liasing a contact from Fanco. Problem was rectified. Overall the experience was good

purchase items in oct payment in 26oct~ until today 27nov i nv receive complete item in my first order that i wan~ they should deliver on 22nov but never coz no tap~ agree to deliver sink on 26nov & deliver de water heater on 27nov end up never~ deliver on 27nov yet not completed as item i purchase in de first place~ they like to take ur order but stock cannt receive on time~ no stock still wan to do sales~ cannt run multi trip~ worse then i purchase item from shopee~ dun buy item from them~ if not ur reno stuck like me~ item purchased kitchen sink kitchen tap - refunded due to waited for more then 1mth still no stock two sets of heater work jam up table top due to sink & tap plumbing due to heater

very very poor experience with their after service. absolutely horrible attitude from the plumbers. i would not recommend this company to anybody. there was a sink leak that leaked to the cabinet under the sink so we called the guys to have a look. didn’t even properly diagnose the problem, just splashed water around and messed up my toilet to prove that there wasn’t a leak. left in a hurry as they were “in a rush” and didn’t even bother cleaning up the mess they made. very very poor.

Arrange for the toilet bowl and fixtures for the toilet. Paid extra for the other fixtures to be done as well. They screw into the pipe causing my service yard and hallway to have water seepage. Insisted is not them when I didn't do any works before this since I moved in. Is consealed wall so we won't be able to temper with it either. Uncle say the scew so short cannt reach the pipe. But you use drill with long "needles" to drill first what. Today they came and tell me they won't replace the pipe that's leaking. They will just use this glue (in photo) to glue it. Still can tell me if got any leakage tomorrow call them. When will this end? We have a baby in the house and we cannot even stay in our own home since Monday. Now my wall is left with a hole. With no guarantee that the leakage won't come back further damage my flat and worst get to my neighbour below. We were so stranded out of our own home and frustrated. We don't even want any compensation on any damage but to do a proper job and take responsibility.
