โ โ โ โ โ Bad service, Lying staff directly told my GF in the face that galvanized steel wire is soldering wire. Do not rely on the service here to get your needed materials.
You need prior knowledge to know what you are buying before hand.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent service. Very knowledgeable team. I visited 2 other Selfix store wanting to buy a digital lock. The staff in the other 2 storesโ reply to my questions was always โI donโt know, let me call the Yale agent.โ Not Lionel and the team in Nex store. They answered all my questions and gave good advice. Superb team.
I stayed in the West but went to Nex on my friendโs recommendation that she too bought from the NEX store and they were very helpful. And so true. Worth my trip from West to Serangoon.
I left the store buying more than just a Yale lock because they knew so much (water filter jug, kitchen tap, multi-purpose tool kit).

Almost got the wrong spray paint but thank God for Tai Leong (sorry if spelt your name wrongly but heโs the fair guy with glasses) who overheard my conversation with his colleague and advised me to get something else instead. Heโs knowledgeable and helpful. If he didnโt step in to advise, I probably bought the wrong item that served the wrong purpose. And when I asked for his name so that I could write a compliment, he said itโs only right and his job to provide advices and declined a compliment. I think heโs one of the rare good and knowledgeable service staff you can find these days. Keep up the good work!

Staffs are friendly and helpful.Definitely a must stop for household repair requirements.
