Dominos does not even reply email or offer any compensation.

β β β β β Look here, I dont care about your free regular pizza voucher that's given if my order doesn't arrive within 30 mins. There should be no reason why even after I'd place my order a few hours in advance, my order is still being prepared at the time it should be arriving.
The free regular voucher is not going to make me a repeat customer. Getting my order on time is. Get your priorities right yeah?

β β β β β Show the completion page to staff but was told to redeem online during the next purchase at first. After communication with staff, I managed to get the onion rings. Staff is patient enough to explain and service is good. Boss should give them more incentive.

β β β β β We have tried this place 2-3 times now. The vegetarian options are small but itβs worth a visit or take away for decent pizza once in a while.
There have been delays for sure but we keep trying it for the taste.

β β β β β Please have integrity, our pizza was supposed to come at 7.35pm on 16th July, but until 8.45pm there was no news, no one to answer our call to Domino's CCK branch, they didn't bother to update or apologise....so this will be the last time for our family! What a service, so disappointing!
