First time when i went there they treated me so well. They made me buy package. Ithe second time caĺled them and made appointment. I couldnt make it and i called to inform. Same day i made another appountment. The lady called me to check.if i was coming. I said i was in the cab already. I reached there, the lady asked me to come back at 6.00 pm because they were already serving walk in customers. Although i told them i was on my ...Professionql? Demanded to speak to the boss, the lady after speaking to him told me he will be there in 15 mins. After waiting i demanded to speak to her boss. The boss said he will not be able to come. He was rude too. Refused to refund my package amount too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ did a gel soak off, and wanted a new overlay( transparent). They couldnt even remove the previous colour completely and was EXTREMELY badly done to the point 1) thick layer with gap at the cuticle from nail growth 2) did not paint until the cuticle idk why 3) very visible nail growth from previous manicure. 4) i had to tell the staff myself that it wasnt even dry…. like how are the professionals not able to tell if its dry or not themselves?? 5) overall would not recommend at all unless you are coming in with regular nail polish or no nail polish at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed with their service. First time having a manicurist proactively trimming those hairs on the feet. Took up a package when they just opened, and Im left with 1-2 sessions of treatment, but they are not pushy to tell me to sign up for more packages

The new outlet has 6 mani pedi chairs with 2 rooms for eyebrow embroidery plus eyelashes extension. Shop is located at a corner while u can enjoy the services at a quiet location.
Excellent and quality service provided by experience manicurists. The price is reasonable. Thumbs up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store thinking it was under the Pixie chain (it’s not) but decided to do an express gel manicure anyway. Was very well taken care of by Felicia who was sweet and very detailed. You can tell she enjoys her job and is passionate about making the nail designs as pretty as they can be.
