c	colin xia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls try your best to avoid this clinic, i feel uncomfortable with my eyes, after the check, just told me no issues and I insist to check again, after 2 hours awaiting, finally find a eyelashes in my eye. so unprofessional and bad attitude, as an eye specialist, this is so unpro and so stupid mistakes. Cost more than 600, which is also not worthy at all.

Thorough in her examination and very clear in communicating the condition as well as recommendations going forward. There was an occasion when I decided to opt out of a test recommended due to personal reasons, she was totally understanding about it and I felt no pressure at all. Have also recommended her to my friends.

I had enquired if I need to undergo certain procedures or tests which other clinics advised me to do so. Dr Alicia was patient and guided me on the necessary procedures which lowered the expenditure for me. She was also very meticulous in her examination and posed incisive questions before arriving on her diagnosis. As for the Clinic staff, they were extremely welcoming and sensitive to the emotional needs of the patient. I was particularly anxious about my eye condition. The optometrist made sure the examination was done flawlessly and assured me on my recovery. I am thankful for the pleasant experience.

While she is doing all the checks for my son, she is friendly, gentle and detailed, giving my young son all the assurance he needed that time. She explains clearly about my son's allergies, eye pressure and optic nerves issue to me and my husband, and we are very pleased with her patience and trust her expertise. Since then, my son has been going back for his routine checks and till now, it's been 7yrs. The visits are always pleasant as my son feels very comfortable with Dr Alicia. Last year, I started consulting her for my own eyes and I just did my routine checks today. We are very grateful to Dr Alicia and feel assured that our eyes will be good under her great care. Her assistants are friendly and gentle as well. Highly recommended.
