★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service staff when showing a negative attitude with customer. Can’t even touch the bag when checking, can’t wear it on, can’t take photos & can’t show the authenticity card. Being grumpy during the entire time when serving customer. You should learn from the branded retail shop on how they serve customer & how they bring in business. Never come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous attitude and condescending. Cannot try on bag (when boutiques allow it?!) . Treating customers like they’re some country pumpkin who don’t know how much a chanel or LV is worth . Staff have a ‘take it or leave it ‘ attitude , and thinks they’re doing us a service by selling us the bag. Save your money and shop elsewhere , not worth giving this shop any commission

Received the bag on the same day by personal delivery. And I am glad I got it in brand new condition as described. Fuss free shopping experience, thumbs up for the service, will recommend to friends and shop again in near future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad attitude. Grumpy shop keeper unsure if she’s the owner or staff. Was told not allowed to try on the bag with strap (though the bag I wanted to try is not even light colour) With a condescending tone she said can try it on “for me” though…? Seriously when Chanel & Hermes allow customers to do so? Wonder how do customers buy from this consignment shop without trying. Can’t this shop at least provide disposable gloves or scarf so it’s “safer” for customers to try on. No other high end boutique or consignment shop has such unrealistic policy.
