★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, I've consulted Dr Ben 3x for ear/hearing issues. He not only resolved them, but also offered constructive advice and viable follow-up actions. What earned my respect most is, he generally conducts himself more from a patient's perspective. Not once have I heard him say: 'Ok, you go to this private hospital ------'. Also, I reasonably doubt there are many doctors out there, who would personally receive patients in and send them out of his consultation room. Put simply: POSITIVELY unconventional/non-mainstream. Thank you doc and staff! =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ben is an excellent doctor that treated my blocked ear due to infection. Explained in great detail his diagnosis and the problem cleared up fairly quickly. Never had such a pleasantly seamless and effective experience at the doctor's.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but am really pleased with the overall experience - Dr Ben has excellent bedside manners, and genuinely seems keen to help. He also provides alternate solutions and options without hard/up selling. The process overall is extremely smooth as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can see why a lot of people gave 5 stars, it was such an amazing experience being at Dr Ben Medical! I had a blocked left ear because of a trip to Wild Wild Wet, but they were able to solve it in such a short amount of time (wish it was longer)! I'll have to come back for another appointment since my ear wax was too hard, but they were more than kind enough to waive off the fees.. I couldn't believe it! In addition to that, the air-suction device wasn't as painful as I feared, I even nearly fell asleep haha! I honestly hope they continue operating so that I can bring my family and future children there!
To anyone reading this, I swear I'm not being sarcastic. If you have any issues with your ear, you should 100% visit Dr Ben Medical!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ben is very kind, friendly and has excellent skill. Thanks to Dr. Ben, my left ear blockage issue secondary to impacted ear wax was finally resolved by ear wax micro-suction. Throughout the suctioning procedure, it was painless and I did not feel any discomfort. He also gives advices on how to prevent recurrence. The nurses in the clinic are also polite, friendly and ready to help. I strongly recommend this clinic if you have ear blockage issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a second time finding Dr Ben. The first time was 2 years ago for ear wax removal service. Even though this time was much worst than 2 years ago, the micro suction process is painless and most importantly, I CAN HEAR CLEARLY AGAIN!
Dr Ben not only is professional, he still remembers me even after 2 years. Texted his staff late at night (around 12am) and they expedited my request to come in as soon as possible to see Dr Ben, which I will be forever grateful.
The price are really competitive, staff are great with outstanding service and the waiting time is fast and furious!
Thank you Ben and team, definitely will recommend anyone with similar condition as me.
One last thing to note: DO NOT DIG YOUR OWN EARS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a GP around my office and I chanced upon Dr. Ben Medical at One Raffles Place. To my surprise, Dr. Ben had walked the last patient out of the consultation room and said hi to me. When it was my turn, he had taken the trouble to personally invite me to his room. I was truly impressed by the level of service. During the consultation, he was very patient and ensured that I understood the potential side effects that the drugs has. Clinic was clean, convenient located and bright - I will definitely visit him again if I require.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ben was very friendly, kind and empathetic. He was able to fully solve my ear blockage issues.
He gave suggestions to use different types of earphones to not aggravate the issue. This was very helpful and not many doctors would go the extra mile to give such advices.
Dr Ben was also understanding of my financial strain of seeking such treatments and offered affordable options.
I was pleasantly surprised by such a great overall experience at Dr Ben Medical.
