★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made my swap test appointment on their website 3 weeks ahead of desired appointment time, and they sent me e-mail saying the slots are fully booked ON THE APPOINTMENT DATE....
very responsible.......

It is taking forever to see the doctor.
Very very very slow
Waited for 1 hours before my turn (3 patients in front of me)
Will not visit after this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go this place, especially if you have to take time-off from work to see the doctor. There is only 3 patients in front of me and yet after more than 1 hour of waiting, it's still not my turn. I got to cancel in the end because I need to return to the office. Come on! Patients do NOT have the whole day! What a waste of my time. No wonder this place is almost empty... Slow and lousy service.

Their “consultation” is just to give the result, nothing consulting about. They called me to tell me there is a result for my health check and doctor needs to see me, and I asked “why? Something bad?” They said doctors just needs to talk to me.
And I agreed to go and see, and they reminded me “ there is a consultation fee okay?”
Guess what doctor told me? “ your number is getting better”. That’s it? What is the consultation about?
Awful place.They just wants to make money out of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a good medical checkup time in this clinic. The counter lady is very friendly and polite while serving the customer. Quite professional while taking the blood draw test. The clinic environment is very comfortable and the medical checkup fee is affordable. Recommended to do your medical checkup in this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse was very friendly and even helped to open the door. Went for health screening and both Dr Eva and Dr Juliana were very patient during the screening and when explaining the health report. Clinic environment was simple, clean and new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my pre-departure covid test here. No waiting time as I was the only patient. Procedure was fast and smooth, receptionist was helpful and friendly.
Doctor explains clearly on the what to expect - each swab took around 2seconds only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your precious time going there. If you must,be preparred to wait at least 2 hours. People arrived later than me and got to see the doctor before me!! How did that happen?!? Zero transparency to see who’s waiting or how many in line.
