★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and doctor are very friendly, warm and professional. As I was not feeling well, they made the entire doctor's visit comfortable. They were all non judgemental and nice! Would definitely visit again and recommend people to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an old school, traditional and conservative family clinic - so much so the doctor seems to think he is the final authority and will ask you to seek a second opinion or slap you down if you have reasonable doubts on treatment - e.g. going to the same clinic for the 3rd time in a month for an ongoing cough that never went away and being given the same medication.
Older family members seem to be okay with this, but he has definitely put off the younger ones, so I would say to avoid if are below a certain age and/or expect modern medical service standards that involves you as a patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good doctor that really cares for the people. Old school doctor. I went back to him after taking high blood pressure pills a week ago and he took the time to explain why i feel fainty. He didn't even charge me. Most of my family members go to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the soon to be extinct traditional family run GP. OUR Family have been visiting this doctor since my kids were toddler. Dr Soo is extremely friendly and cordial, and like to jokes with kids, making them feel at ease. Dr Soo likes to explain illnesses and injuries in layman terms ,and if you ask him how each medicine works, you would feel like you are an equal partner in enabling your own recovery. Great doctor ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my mom to the clinic as she was having a cough. She was treated really badly by the receptionist like an 'untouchable' as she is dark skinned. The receptionist told her to sit outside in a rude manner. My mom sat outside for a while but she has a little memory loss issue so she went back into the clinic. The receptionist became really frustrated and rude to her and started shouting in front of the other people 'you have to think of the others!'. I had to explain firmly to the receptionist my mom's situation and had to explain to her that there is a reason why patients visit the doctor. I also told her 'you have elderly parents too right?' The receptionist looked an educated lady but clearly no sense of how to handle the clients. She is not suited for the front desk. I am deeply disappointed by her behaviour. I wouldn't be bringing my mom there if it is not for the doctor.
