Doctor Joshua and Team has helped me a lot in my hair loss Journey. He is very honest. Doesn't hardsell u any package. He only recommend something that he feel is suitable for u. I feel my recovery will be in good hands under his care. At my first visit. My first thought is to go for hair transplants. But he insisted that I should just go for medical treatment instead after his diagnosis as I still have many surviving hairs. Very Honest and friendly in explaining to me also. Highly recommend. I visited Terra Medical on 30/6/2021 and my advice to people would be to just book a consultation with Dr. Joshua. He answered all my questions and gave me clear advice on the different options I can pursue. The best part was there was zero hardselling. I came with the intention to do scalpboosters but I left without doing any treatment because I was advised that it would not be helpful for me. Dr. Joshua observed very early male pattern hair loss in me. My decision was to continue taking Nutrafol (versus medication) and come back for another consultation 6 months later. I have been on Nutrafol for quite some time and my mistake was I should have consulted Dr. Joshua before starting so that there is evidence (photographs taken under a consistent setting) to track my hair growth. Why I find zero hardselling the best part is because I have been to those hair treatment centres and got scammed. These centres will tell you that your hair loss is severe/serious and how you must do all these treatments to "save" your hair. And they come up with new issues to make you sign more packages, e.g., with reasons like "your baby hair is falling out and you need this XXX treatment to strengthen your scalp. Otherwise, all the past money you spent is wasted..." So going to Terra Medical and spending only $60 for consultation was a breath of fresh air. And you get clear information about your options. My advice would be to consult Dr. Joshua for a second opinion and hear what he has to say before you go for any treatment etc. It was very comfortable talking to him and zero pressure at all. I am not paid to say the above but as a consumer who has paid thousands at hair treatment centres before... I feel the need to help other people make more informed choices.

An absolutely satisfying experience with Dr.Joshua and his team notably Charlotte. I underwent my FUE on 30 July and the whole procedure went smoothly. I had good vibes about Terra Medical even from my pre surgery consultation visit and didn't bother to check and compare prices with other aesthetics clinics as unlike other aesthetic clinics who does A-Z procedures , Dr.Joshua only performs hair procedures. I had my treatment on May 24th. After my research for a hairtransplant i decided to go to Terra Medical. Dr Chong and his team gave me a good feeling before the treatment as well as during and after the treatment. Everything was professional and the clinic is very comfortable. Im glad to have done this. Now im very excited and look forward to the final result.

My journey with Terra Medical started around early 2022 when I consulted Dr. Joshua on the possible treatments for my hair loss situation. Dr. Joshua was extremely informative and explained patiently the possible causes for my hair loss as well as different treatments available before proposing a tailored solution - FUE Hair Transplant. He even measured my face shape to suggest bringing down my hairline by a bit so that I can achieve a better face ratio. All in all, the consultation was extremely helpful and certainly helped me to make an informed decision. On the day of the FUE Hair Transplant surgery, the team at Terra Medical was nothing short of professional as they constantly reassured me that I was well taken care of. The surgery was also nowhere as painful as I had imagined, mostly due to the local anesthesia that was administered prior to the surgery. After the surgery, the team also gave me a comprehensive set of post-ops instructions for the "dos and don'ts" so that I can have a smoother and better recovery. Post-ops, I have to head down to Terra Medical a couple of times for review as well as post-ops treatments. The team, as usual, was extremely friendly and explained to me the progress and recovery of my recipient and donor areas. It has been exactly 2 months since my hair transplant surgery with Dr. Joshua, and I am already starting to see terrific results and hair growth on my recipient area. I am extremely satisfied and glad that I have engaged Terra Medical for my hair loss situation and would 100% recommend anyone that is facing the same problem. It’s has been almost 10 months since my FUE journey with Terra Medical. Dr Joshua and his Team has been nothing short of Amazing starting from consultation to actual surgery to post recovery stages. 10/10 for me. At this stage of nearing the 10 month mark, I got to say that my confidence level to wear out my “new” hair is at a all time high and am still feeling like a dream come true. It's just been over a year since we first visited the clinic for my husband's hair transplant. Since then, the result has been amazing. The after care is also superb. Doc Joshua is very professional and he really knows how to tackle the issue. When I asked my husband how's the experience compared to his first go in the Philippines, he said it's 1000% a lot better and almost painless. All the staff in the clinic are also professional and friendly. The clinic is always clean, cozy and smells really nice. All in all, it's been a great! Totally worth it.
