Update - i dont review much on Google but I feel compelled to for this location. Repeat visit with my wife and kid thinking it would be a simple Day 7 ART test (and closest location). Booked appointment at 930 and had to wait 30 minutes just to Swab. What was the point of the appt system anyways? I already know the response "we have multiple bookings at the same time slot etc etc"... Well all the other places dont seem to have this problem (Raffles, Havelock, Peoples Park). Im so annoyed I am typing this while waiting. My fault for thinking it would be better experience give a simple swab and go for ART.... I should have just gone to Raffles. I will never be back here again. ****** From last year ---> Unhappy with the overall experience with consultation, the analysis (had to point out our own symptoms), and inflexibility. Decided to try new clinic given my insurance coverage is limited and regret not paying for my own expense at non-panel clinic.

I had booked a PET Testing for my wedding. It was a last minute request but the staff were very obliging and assuring and the process was very smooth. The staff who handled my queries were also very professional and polite and were able to clarify my doubts. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I’d highly recommend their services.

Engaged them to conduct PET for my wedding guests and really appreciated their flexibility with changes to the number of guests who required testing. All I had to do was engage them and after confirming details over email everything went smoothly on our actual day. Thank you for making PET so fuss-free for our guests!

Recently came by here to do a health screening and wanted to leave a review because the staff were really helpful! They went beyond to help me communicate with the imaging center so as to reduce my waiting time for my tests and results! Thank you so much! Super impressed by their excellent service and professionalism! Highly recommend to check this clinic out! Nice ambience as well. Felt taken care of from start to end!

I was here for my ART test for a few times and every time the process was fuss free and seamless. It's a pity they aren't opened on the weekends for ART test however I would still strongly recommend this place instead of other community test sites.

Came to this clinic for our annual flu vaccine. Friendly staff and professional doctor. Really nice interior was welcoming and did not feel like a clinic. Overall a very good experience. Will definitely come back for future vaccines and to see the GP.

Horrible attitude from clinic staff and a rude surprise that she’s actually the clinic manager. Booked for a pre departure PCR (specified that I need expedited result service) on the phone. On the day of the appointment , without referring to any records, she kept saying it’s only ART for VTL and that I am wrong for pressing on the ‘VTL’ button. Well, young lady , I don’t owe you any explanation and I do not wish to be educated on VTL technicalities. When I told her I needed PCR and my flight is the next day morning, she rolled her eyes and said I’m too late and they are not able to provide the results before my flight. There was no way I could get my message across to this hot tempered clinic manager who forgot that she’s attending to a paying customer so I requested to speak to another person , she actually yelled at me ‘ YOU HOLD ON!’ Fortunately the other staff came over and we managed to confirm what I was there for. I do understand miscommunications happen but her attitude is totally unacceptable. While waiting for payment , I heard her saying ‘fifty percent lor’ in a sarcastic and insensitive manner. So indeed they were ‘kind’ to offer me a discount off the expedited results service. But definitely left a very bad impression. I will avoid this clinic at all cost (even at half price) as long as she is working there. Kudos to the rest of the staff who sincerely apologised for the short comings of their manager.

Guys be Careful! this clinic does not indicate all the charges associated with the booster. Brought my mother here for Sinopharm booster. Spoke to the receptionist and told them that we got sinopharm booster instead of the mrna vaccine and they did not mention about having to pay additional 30$ upon LTVP approval. Just to update into NIR record requires 30$ extra pay? I’m a healthcare prof so I understand how they do the update to NIR, and basically they charge us for additional admin fee that will require extra 1-2min to do. Spoke to Christy over the phone, and she was in a rush to hang up when I called near closing time. Was quite agitated too when I called back to ask for an update, in which she promised me to update on Friday, but did not do until Monday. Jack called back (not Christy) and was explaining that this so called admin fee requires time, and did not even apologize why in the first place the receptionist did not mention this extra charge. I feel like these ppl are just simply rude and not understanding. They did not even apologize for not stating all these extra fees and just wanted to get the conversation done. My worst and last experience with wl&h medical.
