K	Kelly Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doc is good hence the crowd. But the scheduling is so bad that it seems the clinic is out to max its commercial benefit. Every visit is a long wait (at least 1 hr 45 mins) and there are hordes of patients spilling onto the corridor of the clinics and all the way to the loft lobby. The dilation and eye check takes abt 5 mins max and the rest is waiting time to see the doc for less than 3 mins because many more patients are waiting. If I can find another good eye doc for my children that has better scheduling, I will definitely switch.

At first we were quite skeptical to go ahead with the surgery for our daughter aged 7 years old. Dr Leo made the surgery process look easy, there wasn't any problem with the procedure. We're able to see immediate results after the surgery, my daughter's eyes were perfect. V	Varian Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally went for a procedure and was thoroughly impressed with the service from Dr Leo and her staff. As expected, with Dr Leo's international reputation, there is always a crowd of old and young in her clinic but I found that the queue moved reasonably quickly. The staff were cheerful and adept at carrying out the eye tests, especially Audrey, who made sure that I was comfortable during my treatment process. Prior to the procedure, Dr Leo explained the process meticulously and made me feel at ease. During the treatment itself, she gave adequate anaesthesia such that I only felt a pinch in my eye and made the process feel surprisingly short. She gave me valuable eye care advice post-procedure and I have managed to recover fully! Overall, Dr Leo provided an impeccable eye treatment and I am relieved to have had her as my doctor for my issues! Highly recommend!
