It’s been almost 5 months since my first consultation with Dr Tyng and I’m extremely happy with the results I’m seeing! Dr Tyng was very patient throughout addressing all my concerns and she genuinely cares for her patients. All the assisting staff in the clinic are very professional and helpful, always attending to my questions and accommodating to my requests. There’s nothing more you can ask for. Highly recommended!

I have been with Dr Tan for 2 years. She's always attentive and gentle with me. My hair and my skin have improved tremendously over the year (my mum can attest to that). Dr Tan has my interest at heart too. She won't recommend unnecessary treatments and I am grateful for that (ultimately I am only a salaried worker). Feel blessed to meet such a good doctor!

Mask Acne is something new to me and that's bothering most of us especially during this pandemic period with our humid weather. I have been with Dr Tan for about 6 months now and I'm very happy with their services and results! She really pay attention to details as I am having ingrown hair problem from my beard combine with mask acne which can be very bad and the easy way to solve it is to remove my facial hair but I told her that I would like to keep it yet wanting to solve the acne issue and this is where she does her magic! She actually solve my ingrown hair and mask acne issue yet still keeping my facial hair for me :D If you are looking for a facial place that doesn't push you to purchase package and yet its quality one, this clinic is definitely the one to go to as (imo) they do deliver result thus they are confident about not pushing you the package and give you the choice on your own by knowing you will want to come back again. Referred a few of my family members and friends to Dr Tan's services and they are very happy with it. My mom actually went for their Carbon Laser for her spot and there's no downtime from the treatment and can see the result quite fast too.

Very glad that I googled for a hair clinic and chose Dr Tyng Tan's place. The reception staff are friendly and remember me by name despite visiting once every few months. Her assistants are also professional and efficient. Dr Tan explains treatment options very clearly and sets realistic expectations. Although there is no cure for hair loss, the treatment options are able to show noticeable improvement in conditions and overall I am pleased to have found this place.
