First time go (the glass door big mark $5) quite OK, Second time go (the glass door still indicate big mark =$5), and said my hair with wax must wash first, after finish the cost become $20,they explan is no more promotion now , and also change boss already.

The auntie keep chatting with her colleague when she is cutting my hair, she is a anyhow and negligent person in doing haircut. The previous young guy at least do a better job as a barber

Worst service ever !! I visited this place to get a hair cut as I was passing by . I was sitting on the chair for 5 minutes and they were busy chatting with each other. After that they made a weird excuses to charge me extra that they have to wash my hair before hair cut. Never visit this place

Dream Cut? More like Nightmare Cut. I showed the staff a picture of my desired haircut and she insisted it can't be done. She rushed through the hair cut, and I had a feeling it was going to be bad. I was right, there were parts of my hair on one side that were longer than the rest. What a waste of time and money. You're setting yourself up for disappointment if you come here.

Was charge 160 for their so called 3 hours massage where they just use some gadget sending electronic pulse over your body and use some so call herbs to smoke your body. Wasted 3 hours there for no results. And charged 160 where they will try to convince you to purchase over 4000 dollars package.

I’ve visited Dream Cut twice. First time was for hair coloring- for my super long length till belly button it was $78, which is a good price. The hair colour used was good- didn’t sting my scalp like other places, and it didn’t have a foul smell when I went home and after I bathed. The hairdresser was very gentle and he washed my hair gently, unlike other shops where they can be quite rough and claw your hair like cats. Overall result was great- achieved the colour I wanted. Second time was for hair cut- to trim my hair at $5, which is a good price too. The same hairdresser was polite and professional- he actually squat down for the entire duration to cut and ensure my hair at the back is straight the way I want it to be. Also he asks for feedback if I’m ok with the length which is great. Was very pleased with my experience on both occasions. No hard selling, no pushy attitude to join membership or asking you to do some magic treatment. Excellent, will revisit again and recommend to my family and friends. ??????
