β β β β β I HAVE BEEN PATRONISING THIS SHOP SINCE IM 12 YEARS OLD. MY FAMILY STILL MAKE OUR GLASSES & CONTACT LENS HERE SINCE THEN, EVENTHOUGH WE HAVE MOVED OUT FROM BEDOK.
THE LATE MR CHUNG WAS WELL KNOWN IN BEDOK AREA. NOW HIS SON TAKE OVER THE BUSINESS..
HE JUST LIKE HIS FATHER.. HE KNOWS WHAT BEST FOR THE CUSTOMERS. GUYS, SUPPORT MR CHUNG & HIS BUSINESS YA. ????????

β β β β β Staff are super friendly and I feel very comfortable there, I have been buying glasses and contact lens from them for three years, and their contact lens are the the cheapest in the area (compared to other outlets selling the same brands) and they give new trial lenses new lens powers. Best.

β β β β β I am very upset over the service I had this raining day at the Bedok branch. I understand I didnβt know well the maintenance of the spectacle, and I was there to just have my nose pads changed. The staffβs attitude was nasty and judgemental ; he was not friendly and thought I was lazy to take care of my glasses. I wash my glasses everyday but it didnt seem to help. The first thing no one had told me the way to clean the nose pad all along. This is my first time I heard about it from the staff. The staff did change my nose pads in the end, but I think he was not service oriented.
