I've been with Shin Yi for the longest time.I'm lucky to be assigned to her since my first visit. She is skillfull, confident and can always answer any questions I have. She makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, the place is also neat and clean. The other stylists also gave me good vibes :)

I am new to dreamlash and I met stylist Ying Ting from compass one outlet. I really like her professional skills as I felt super comfortable throughout my eye lash extensions process. I have super sensitive eyes but I did not feel any slight discomfort at all. I really love how light and super comfortable the lashes felt and will definitely be back for touch up soon!

I have done my lashes with Dreamlash since 3 years ago, and they have never disappointed me! Penny is my eyelash stylist, and she is super gentle, careful, and best of all--- fast! My lashes are always done within one hour, with one caveat though- I go for natural look (so if you want to do dramatic lashes, it can't be done in the same length of time duh). Other salons I've tried usually take 1.5 hrs to even 2 hours, and the standard is not even like what Penny does. The eyelashes used are also of great quality. They are soft and never irritate my eyes, or feel stiff and unnatural. Their whatsapp customer service is also very responsive and professional, always giving prompt, polite, and friendly replies. What I like best (okay, second-best; best is still Penny) is the fact that they have never tried to hard-sell me from the very first time I stepped into the shop. I am never pressured to buy packages, and I am always advised about the best deals, when I do ask about signing up for a new package. That's what made me come back as a repeat customer too! In terms of cost, the eyelash services may be slightly more pricey than other salons, but the service and quality makes the extra cost totally worth it, because speaking from experience, nothing is worse than paying 1/4 cheaper at another salon and having 1/2 the lashes dropped out by the 3rd day on one side and looking like a startled chicken, or looking like a mama-san when I asked for a natural look.

My lash artist is Shin Yi from the Compass One outlet. She is professional and meticulous with her work. She is friendly and easy to talk to as well. She always explains and recommends me the different kinds of lashes that are most suitable for me very patiently. The whole process is comfortable and painless, and I have received compliments on my lashes. Highly recommend Shin Yi :)

My stylist is Penny at Compass One. Have been with her for at least 2 years now and every session had been extremely pleasant. She is very professional and gives good advice on the different types of lashes I could try. Highly recommend.
