Most bad service I ever experience!!!!! Won't come back and not recommended at all ! Staff communication is very poor too !! ?

The staffs are very friendly and attentive and the services are personalised for each individual. Also, the facilities in the Compass One outlet are comfortable to ensure the customers have a relaxing and good experiences.

My experience at Estetica Sengkang has been very pleasant. My sensitive skin has never met with any problems with their products. Their attention to detail has made each facial experience very pleasant. I would recommend this place for facials.

Went to their compass one outlet. I was not entitled for a face skin analysis session due to their system must have customer’s DOB in FULL in order to analyse, not even I have given my birth year, or their beauty consultant can’t have physical hands+ eyes to check skin Wiping off the cleansing gel is from left to right , and I thought is at least from down to up to prevent skin sagging? When wiping 3 times cross my Adam’s Apple causing little uncomfortable but 3rd time the beauty consultant found out when I coughing the 3rd time, then she apologised Half way change to a much elder beauty consultant who is without wearing uniform to continue the facial with no prior informing me. The reason given was the earlier attended consultant has another customer. So who am I? On cleaning part, they only managed to clean the left alae of my nose but not on the right side! This happened was caused by the breakdown of communication when changing beauty consultant where the takeover consultant doesn’t know the cleaning on my face is up to which stage

Went for the first trial and the beautician was good, but very pushy. When I let her know that I can only make payment a few days later, her expression changes and insist that I pay on the spot. Quite pressuring experience.

As a customer in Estetica Beauty from NEX till now at compass one outlet, it has been a very good facial service and experience for me. Especially my beautician, Eileen, she is very detailed and showed professionalism throughout the process of the facial treatment. Thanks to her and her team. Eileen is attentive throughout the whole facial session. She is knowledgeable and able to share how I can take care of my skin better. She is also meticulous in every step, e.g. checking every now and then if I am feeling all good and making sure that the water does not go into my eyes. My family and I are regulars at this place and we love the service!! You can really feel the difference with your skin after their facial. Unlike most facial places, they offer a very comfortable and soothing environment. You can really tell that they aim to give customers the best service available, even the bed is customized to provide a better resting posture while you have your face or massage done.
