Their terapist understand what my skin need and I love their facial. Highly recommended facial place. Most of my friend said that my acne has improve alot after my treatment here.

FROM can do facial to cannot do facial, service getting from good to average and now worst. Now booking for slot also cannot book. Whole month fully book, wan to following month, date not open. Once open, fully book again. Now my package hanging .....???

They have a Whatsapp number to book for appointments, but they always read and ignore my requests. Their appointments are forever full, even though you are booking in a months advance, and always being put on waitlist. If we cannot book an appointment for our regular monthly facial service, than why are you continuously scamming people to sign packages but we are unable to utilize it.

Having said that, I regret to encounter such a disappointment during my last facial on 17 May at Orchard Gateway! We understand the 2 years pandemic have result much changes in terms of ppl movement! I was much disappointed by the impolite branch manager at orchard gateway (I didn't managed to get her name) the facial therapist talk much to me during the facial ONLY to get "info" and I was uncomfortably hitted by the branch manager for unrelated add on packages which I still have another 7 more facial packages to go. This was such an annoying experience that I will not sign for future packages! BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
K	Kerrin Toh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been doing my facial & massage with this company for the last 5 years & the experience for the last 2.5 yrs has been extremely disappointing. My existing package has not been able to consume as booking of appointments has been super difficult. It takes a minimum of 2 months in advance to book facial or massage which is very ridiculous & the restrictions of 1 person 2 appts makes the situation even worse as the next appt slot could be 3 months later. I don’t think any consumers will sign a package knowing that they have to wait 2-3 months just to get an appointment. This company should allow existing customers to cancel the package & reimburse the balance points since they are unable to fulfill their basic services in a timely manner.
m	mari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed for a package for my hair loss treatment and saw great improvements after the first few sessions however service started to become sloppy and unresponsive when trying to make an appointment. The service staff were either taking days to respond to inform that there is no slot available and also unable to put on waiting list. I’ve been trying to make an appointment since January but told that all slots were full and pushed to Feb and even then was also informed that no slots were available. Hence the next available slots is 2 months away- given the gap in the treatment, regrettably the hair loss issue has returned. Overall disappointed with the service and result.
