β β β β β Staff at V aesthetic clinic was friendly and the customer service was really good!! The staff βkimmyβ ensure all procedure went smooth and has one of the best customer service. In all my acne scars has improved so much thanks to the doctor and nurses inside! Keep it up!

β β β β β Did my first pico laser at Somerset 111 with Dr Penny. She shows professionalism and address the concerns with my skin during the consultation.
Face was numbed before the laser treatment which then took about 10minutes. very quick process, with great results. could see that my pigmentation and pores/scars heal up just after the first treatment.
pricing is reasonable too. Will recommend ?

I was very impressed on how the staffs made me feel comfortable with the whole process of pico laser. More importantly, no hard selling and good results was achieved. I was attended by Dr Penny Lee, branch manager Lynn and consultant Vanessa They are professional and does not push you.
I was happy to signed up a course with them after 1st trail session.
The premise is clean and location at Somerset is easy access.

The nurses Angel and Kimy are very helpful and are always attentive to my needs. Overall a very pleasant experience there.

β β β β β Been there a few times, did tattoo removal and other face treatment. The staffs are friendly and professional. Thereβs no hard-selling, just recommending based on your needs. The female doctor who I have seen is very nice and professional a few times I have seen her for laser and she is consistently doing the laser well and patiently, covering all areas. Highly recommend. Price seems cheaper than most places too.

β β β β β Came to this aesthetic clinic under the recommendation from my Friend and I love their services so much that I recommended to my own family.
The staff are friendly, and helpful, and Doctor was gentle during the treatments. The atmosphere of the clinic is quiet and clean. Not to mention that their treatments are very reasonably priced.
Absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for an aesthetic clinic to try!
