★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage and facial services are good, however it is let down by:
1. facial room is very cold, and the bed is not heated, so sitting still for 90 min facial is uncomfortable - not recommended
2. they only have 1 song on replay on the central music system - which makes the whole experience very boring to be sitting for 90 min listening to the same boring Christmas tune - already want to cry by the end.
I recommend you bring your own music with headphones, and a jumper, long trousers and gloves.
Gave feedback to the front desk, but they did not seem interested in customer satisfaction.
I will not be renewing my package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting DrSpa for a few years now. I stayed with them as the products used are of good quality especially their eye repair serum. Stephanie, Yvonne, Charmaine and Joey and all other staff are so friendly. I usually book appointments in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to compliment Ms Chloe Low who attended to me on 28 May 22 for facial. She is attentive, patience, meticulous (eg extraction, plucking and shaping my browse.. etc), her strength to neck and shoulder massage is awesome. I am 100% satisfied in all areas of her treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been with them for 20 years. Their facial treatments evolve and staff are professional. My beautician Cloe has been a great help for my skin needs. I look forward to my monthly skin “maintenance” with her.
However, the experience with Dr Spa can be elevated with a member portal whereby we can adjust our appointments to our beautician’s schedule. And not just rely on the age old calling in method.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with DrSpa formally Touche for more than a decade. Although their package are steep but I like their professionalism. They have good beauticians though through time some left, but luckily there's always good ones around. Currently Cloe Low is my preferred beautician, she is meticulous and detailed in extraction and I like her face massage at the end of the treatment. It makes me refreshed.
Only fallback is booking of appointment is very tight and needs to book well in advance. But then there is always Stephanie and Evelyn to help out. Keep up the good work gals ?
