So, I ordered fried rice with tobiko and chinese sausage. I assumed everything was in order so I didn't check and took my food back. However, when I returned home and opened my packet, I discovered there was added capsicum instead of tobiko.
I fired a DM to Wok Hey's IG. It was only then that I realised that the staff misheard my order because the packing label and receipt both showed capsicum.
Nevertheless, Wok Hey was apologetic about the incident and happily offered a voucher for my next purchase.
Was I disappointed that I didn't get tobiko? You bet. But Wok Hey's service recovery was commendable.
And as it turns out, capsicum wasn't a bad addition at all. Perhaps I'll add capiscum along with tobiko to my next order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say there are bad and good days. I got myself a bunch of egg fried rice but with one of them having prawns, unfortunately I didn't get it when I got home. Fairly disappointed, so I decided to give some feedback. I wasn't really expecting much, but I am pleasantly surprised to get a response and after sending photos of my MIA prawns. They decided to make it up to me with a grab voucher!. Well at least. I do hope the staff remember my prawns next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your food is good, but the chili is the worst chili that I ever tasted! Not spicy at all just plain bitter taste, the after tasted of chili so disgraceful. Please change your chili, this is the worst chili I ever taste, compare to Tuk Tuk Cha chili more spicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just recently started trying them. Pretty good food for the price. The wait is pretty long (could be 30 mins) when its peak lunch or dinner time, but you can order ahead on their website order.wokhey.sg and they will sms when it's ready.

Not just that, an extremely responsive and helpful customer care team, that aims to maximize customer experience. Jasmine assisted me to get a new order placed and issued a refund when my original order had some issues.
Highly recommended!
