β β β β β The outlet at Northpoint is terrible.... Twice I went there and wanted to pay via NETS and both times not possible! Then why provide such service when the method of payment is not possible... The two times I went was like in between months... Yet they did not fix the problem!!

β β β β β Very poor packing for 4 Donuts packed in 1 small paper bag..all donuts was so messy packed. Nice donuts ..but very poor packed..will be back for 1 donut only ..will not buy more than 2 donuts.. very disappointed..

β β β β β Went to northpoint outlet on 18/10 .around 8.20pm..veey dispointed with the staff.i was asking what I wanted one by one than the staff was gave me a irritated face and ask how many u want .I wanted to get more but lost interest in buying and got 4 donuts..all of them were put together in a small bag which I was hoping for a box..I think she was more interested in her phone.bad services

β β β β β customer service was a disappointment, there was around 2-3 staff members, one was at the cashier and the 2 other serving , BUT SERVICE WAS VERY SLOW. on 2 separate occasions, they gave me the wrong drink(appearance wise both looks the same, thatβs why I didnβt realise it was the wrong one) I Only realised they gave the wrong drink when I reached home! customer service + staffβs attitude could be improved! I feel that the company has to do something about the staff attitude as I had encountered similar experience in other outlets too!
