I have been engaging Florence and Maggie at Dura Chops Far East for my stamp-making and business-card printing needs since 2018. Florence provides precise work, prompt and skilled services. Maggie, on the other hand, offers prompt customer service. They have won our heart for returning business. Keep it up!

Rather disappointed with what I experienced after all the reviews read. The front-lady kept telling me the price to pay when I was just asking about the services and the costs. It’s unprofessional to say the least. Further, when I gave her my specifications, she didn’t seem to be listening. Repeated a few times on the same matter and she asked a few times. Then, maybe I’m unfamiliar with the trade, but I have never experienced at other printing houses that the “opening of document to print 2 pages on 1 page” is considered an edit, which is not allowed. Not to forget, the lady was voicing out her displeasure with the “errrr” condescendingly throughout. Honestly, even if no service training is given, where are the basic human interaction and respect? Last but not least, the charges were 2.5 times more than the other shop in the same mall, based on the same requirement, and that 2.5 times more was after she had given a special discount to me. Imagine the full price would be 3 to 4 times more expensive. Quite the jaw-dropping experience.
