I have been a loyal customer of Kiray for the past 25 years. Thanks to their customized facial treatment, my skin is still looking good! I also appreciate the fact that they do not use hard-sell tactics to push for sales.

Been with Kiray for 20+ years and their service has always been personalised and welcoming. They tailored products and treatments according to my skin type and often brings good results to overall skin condition. I still preferred this cosy & friendly facial salon compared to big Brands out there!

Times flies! It's been 20 years since I have been with Kiray! Really love their service & the professional help. I used to have acne & scars problem in my younger days but my complexion now has improved tremendously ever since I have been to Kiray.... Others who don't know me, will never guess correctly at my age! What do u think then? :) Kudos to KIRAY! (Recommended by one of my ex- colleague Mike Teo! You should try it to believe it! \\^^// If they are not good, I wouldn’t be with them for so Long. They don’t do hard selling whereas most of others facial salons do that! Ps: Pimples extractions are always painful so never expect it to be painless. ? but If you don’t extract, your face can never really be cleaned. ? so those who promised painless extractions are not true.. LOL Maybe some people are just not in their luck in finding their best facial salon! But I just so LUCKY that i have found mine! ?

With sensitive and oily skin type and living in a hot and humid environment have worsened my skin health without professional products and proper care. Thus, I was recommended by the team to use two essential products - Artemis' Clarite Washing Gel & Clarite Treatment Lotion. These two products have overseen great improvements in my skin health over the first month's use. Prior to using the washing gel, my skin gets rather oily frequently and excessively. After trying the washing gel for a month, I have observed a great reduction of oil on my skin throughout the day! The Clarite Treatment Lotion has also been a great help in controlling the number and conditions of red pimples on my face, giving me comfort over the reduced redness and painful pimples. Having experienced improvements in my skin via Artemis' Clarite Washing Gel & Treatment Lotion, I am thankful for the team's expert advice and plan to continue using the products to regain and maintain my skin health in the long run. Kiray has always been very committed to giving their best to their customers. My complexion used to be dull and acne prone but after I started my treatment with Kiray, my complexion has been SO much better. I can now confidently step out of my house without make up . I love their HD , Vitamin c and oxygen facial treatment which makes my complexion glow and healthier looking. My complexion is also now smoother and fairer. One thing I have to share is they do not hard sell at all. In fact, there were many occasions when they tell me not to buy their products until I finish using the current one. Same goes for treatment packages, they will advise me to wait for the year end promotion instead of pushing me to sign up even though I finished my package. Sometimes when I have the occasion pimple on my face they would ask me to go to them and they will help me with it out of goodwill (no charge at all!) I've been with them for more than a decade and I must say they are very customer oriented and have passion in what they do. I will definitely recommend this place.

Could be the worst facial place I’ve been to. They offered 50% off their ala carts services for first timers. A treatment was recommend after analysing my skin by just “looking” because their skin analyser machine was down. How professional... But I still gladly proceeded as I trusted my friend’s review of them (Which is VERY silly of me. You’ll know why later.) First question they asked after I lay down was “Do you want to purchase our sponge at $10. Unless you don’t mind using the same facial sponge that’s been used for the rest of the customers...” I forgot the beautician’s name... but what’s wrong with using the same sponges or towels that’s been used for the rest of the customers? Unless you’re telling me that’s there’s a problem with your cleanliness and you don’t clean them well enough? Effort for the hard selling. I paid that $10. Extraction was very painful and I thought it was abnormal. She even squeezed my red inflamed pimple on the right side of my cheek, which, the pus hasn’t even sprouted.... To summarise my experience: 1. Paid roughly 200$+- for the whole treatment. 2. And days after, here’s what I’ve got (Refer to attached photos) A: A bloody deep and big scarring B: Staffs who are over protective and and living in denial. C. They did not follow up on my case as they have promised. D. And also, why do you keep spam calling my Friend we referred me to you guys... and not ME? And then they started texting me.. KEPT DENYING THAT ITS A BIG AND DEEP SCARRINF OVER AND OVER. Seriously? Let’s just end the convo here. Giving 1 shallow star for the freeeeee treatment that KIRAY offered to make up for the mess that they made lol Utterly disappointed that KIRAY Owner/ In-charge KEPT denying, and not admitting their fault AND keep thinking that the 1 free treatment could help. But really though, you know it’s not gonna help at all. The SCAR is freaking deep and big and I need a stitch lol It’s nice to see a handful of nice reviews. BUT that doesn’t make up for the bad service that you have provided for me. Please provide the same kind of service for all of your customers and monitor the professionalism and skills of your Beauticians.

I’ve been with Kiray for almost 20 years. I used to have very bad, oily skin and lots of scars when I was in my teenage years. After treatment with Kiray, my skin become so clear and smooth. Of course Within these years, I’ve tried other facial treatments before and the experience I had is incomparable. Kiray therapists are friendly and service oriented. They always make sure I am comfortable during my session. My facial packages and products are always within my budget and according to my needs. There is none other more suitable for me than Kiray face and body spa. Keep up your good service and wonderful treatments!!

I have a lot of respect for the team here, they are not only interested in my skin care needs but always ready to address any concerns I have about my skin. They are very knowledgeable on skin care and advise me on how to keep my face looking healthy and to maintain the amazing after-facial glow she provided me with. I always feel a few years younger after each facial session. The recent “GLOW” treatment gave my face an amazing instant glow and I just looked a million times better. I also love their hydrating treatment. I would highly recommend everyone to Kiray.
