E	Estella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unhelpful doctor. My father caught Covid19 and consulted Dr Chee. As we didn't have a separate room for self-isolation at home, he desperately sought advice on what we could do as we have an elderly at home but all she said was, "It's your problem, MOH doesn't care." We had to call MOH on our own separately and jumped through many hoops for my dad to be conveyed to an isolation facility. As a healthcare provider, you should be familiar with MOH guidelines and advise patients helpfully. Even if you can't advise, it's extremely unprofessional to be so dismissive and rude. We are sorely disappointed in the doctor's conduct and are never going back again.

Instead, He confirmed it as panic attack and gave me medication. The next day I went to the other clinic for the symptoms and went to see specialist and It was a stroke with MRA/MRI and I am under treatment now. Please do believe your gut and find the right clinic/doctor who can serious LISTEN patient's voice and symptoms.

The first time was a very pleasant experience - a male doctor (didn’t get his name) who was very patient and explained all possible treatment options. The second was with Dr Chee who had terrible bedside manners - she didn’t wait to hear my full story, was snappy, and my request wasn’t even fully conveyed to the receptionist outside. Worst experience with a GP ever. The receptionist did follow up closely after that though so credit to them for saving the day.

On a Monday night, when the clinic was not even packed, I have waited 1.5h and still counting. The goal post seems to be moving as people arriving one hour after me who had appointments were seen before me. If it's so important to have an appointment, the clinic should make it more realistic for people who fell sick to make same-day appointments, and not ignore their messages and then make them wait until the whole world has been seen. What's the point of seeing a private GP if the wait rivals that at Polyclinics. Edit: Dr Lim gave a professional reply and suggested emailing for urgent appointments. Waiting time aside, my experience with the doctors here has been very good.
J	Jacelyn Phang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience with the clinic from the services rendered from receptionist to doctor. :) Was doing my registration at the counter but I can’t hear the receptionist clearly (due to mask/transparent glass), told her about it and she patiently spoke louder without any frustration / impatience. Thank you. Meeting with doctor (male doctor) was brief but okay. Nothing exceptionally great, but nothing was bad too. He ran through the Covid protocols quickly and also shared one of his patient’s experience. Overall a good swift experience, I managed to get medicine, didn’t have to wait long and they are open even at night. Good enough experience for me ?
