β β β β β I find your audiologist is well trained and very professional in testing, explaining in clear steps during consultation. He makes me understand and pointed out my hearing problems, my loss of part of the sound spectrum. The world is very different after discovering the loss and I'm now able to hear the full spectrum of audio sound. I'm totally satisfied and hope this high service standard can permeate throughout the industries.

β β β β β Listening Lab customer care service is certainly fantastic. The team in particular for Kelvin and Lyn who go the extra mile to arrange my hearing aid for servicing by the local service centre within a tight timeframe. They really show heartfelt care for their customers. Kudos to you team.

β β β β β Initially I thought my hearing aids is broken so I sent them here expecting to spend hundreds of dollars for the replacement. But nope! The consultant is very professional and he helped me to thoroughly check whatβs wrong with my hearing aids. It ended up that there is nothing wrong with my hearing aids as it was just blocked by ear wax. And the consultant patiently explained to me how to take care for my hearing aids next time.
At the end, he only charged me a minimal amount of money to change the rubber bung of my hearing aids.
Definitely recommend this centre??????
Not only the consultant is very professional, he is very nice and patient too??

β β β β β Have had a pleasant and enriching experience on 21/06/2022 @ Bishan branch. Both Aaralyn and Yun Ai are professional, knowledgeable, competent and informative in their own right. MIGHT NOT be music to ears for the higher hierarchy but, to me and for me, they are customer/client-centric 1st, all else secondary. Keep up the good and kind work, ladies! =)
