★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service from Easmed, well explained and professional. I used the ResMed Airsense machine for one month trial. Using the mask is a bit uncomfortable but the overall outcome on normalising the sleep pattern was very good.
For this who have sleep issues I will highly recommend to give it a shot. Overall satisfied with the machine & service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience in trying out the CPAP devices. The Easmed facility is quite modern and clean. Kenneth served me and he was professional and polite to explain and walk me through in detail. He answered all questions I had regarding choice options and pro/con of each and also feedback from other customers. It was a pleasant experience and I recommend Easmed to anyone looking for CPAP solutions.

They have a sleep room to test out the face masks before purchasing. Ellie helped me the whole way of trialling and purchasing of the cpap. She was very patient and explained every aspect of the different machines available. The whole daunting process of getting a cpap machine was made easier with her assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easmed is a very good Company with very understanding and courteous staff. They even extended the free loan of the CPAP machine whilst waiting for the new stock to arrive. This allows a continuous use of the machine. Prior to the loan set, the staff, Mr Kenneth Chee, who served us, was extremely patient to answer all the questions we have. Even though he is on official leave, he took also the trouble to respond to what Whatsapp messages. We are so blessed to be served by Kenneth. We would recommend anyone needing a breathing apparatus to look for Easmed and Mr. Kenneth Chee. Keep up the good work. Kenneth.
