★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient here since 2000 when I arrived as an expatriate. Dr Kieran saved my life twice. She detected my Hole in the Heart when I was 48 yrs old. And saved me again when I saw her not knowing I was hvg a heart attack 6 yrs later. Dr Kieran is a caring cautious & excellent doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent doctors especially Dr. Kiran and Dr. Sujatha. My family and I have been going to East Coast Family Clinic for more than 3 years and have always had great experiences from emergency situations and there have been many, travel medications to vaccinations. I highly recommend this the doctors and the clinic for East Coast residents although I drive 40 minutes to get there. Wonderful service, medical care and support from the doctors and administration staff always. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s impossible to get through to them over the phone. You have to visit the clinic to get any question answered or book an appointment. Moreover, the reception staff are rude and don’t inspire the rudimentary confidence you expect at a clinic. The doctors however are very experienced and skilled. The clinic needs to get its act together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this clinic to get a serology test for overseas vaccination validation and was advised its not needed. They could validate the overseas vaccination records and confirmed they could upload it to NIR. They advised to proceed with the vaccination appointment but when I reached the vaccination centre, I was told serology test is mandatory and that the clinic has not followed protocol. Waste of money (50 bucks) and time!

The first time to try the clinic this morning since we r moving nearby, and someone told me there is a clinic in the Makena so I decided to go there and wanted to see a doctor. So when I entered in I greet “Good morning” as I usually do show respect but this lady in the counter didn’t even replying and continue to talk untill 5 min to her colleague. So I decided to walk out from the clinic and go to my doctor at katong family clinic where all the staff lady were so nice to all and friendly..
from now on I don’t like to go to this makena clinic it spoil my day.. how can u hire a staff of this kind of behavior . Thank u.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy with the doctors, Dr Kiran is v good and experienced. Its been our family clinic for last 14 yrs since my girls were v young. Recently my husband was not well and I m thankful that Dr Kiran could diagnose the problem in time, got a good follow up from the clinic as well.

The Clinic is conveniently located on the East Coast with easy parking. Dr Kiran is professional, kind and caring and she is always generous with her time and pays careful attention to detail. The advice and help that she has given over the years has been invaluable as well as the excellent referrals when required. Waiting time can be long but it is worth the wait and it's offered a great service to me and my family.
