★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ooi is a very responsible and friendly doctor, he took time to explain and advise and careful on what medicines to give. He is our family doctor for more than 11 years now. The nurses are helpful and friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ooi is caring, and comprehensive and detailed in examination. He looks at the root of the issue instead of just treating symptoms as is. Definitely one of the better GPs in the area. Came here with a middle ear infection and perforated eardrum two months ago, and he was careful to diagnose my condition properly and prescribe the right dosage of medication. My ear healed perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ooi is definitely a most child/teenage friendly doctor I've ever come across. He takes his time to listen, examine and give advise. He is very thorough with his examinations and always refer to previous visits notes. A really caring doctor. My 2 teenagers and I think he's absolutely wonderful and he is our preferred doctor. The clinic is pleasant and very clean and the clinic receptionist/assistants are very friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw the really good reviews and decided to go to this clinic. However, unlike what others have said, the staff was very unhelpful and instructions given were inconsistent. You'll need the staff's approval to see the doctor; a quick summary is not enough, so be prepared to talk her through the full story of what happened to you and why you need to see the doctor (while getting held up at the door). If you're already very unwell, I'd suggest you to visit other clinics.
