No wonder the reviews so low, front desk lady has bad attitude first and foremost! Waited in front of her but direct me outside to register, didnt even let me talk! after my consultation I ask to use my insurance card, she said cannot use anymore and conveniently say is my responsibility to tell her. Such a scam! Just good to know this is one time visit!

Not sure who is worse.. the receptionist who knows nothing about being discreet with personal details (she tells you your BP is extremely high and announce it aloud in the presence of everyone else) or the obnoxious Chinese doctor who probably thinks we are just wasting his time.. given it's consistent 1 star rating, clearly this clinic has issues but don't seem to be willing to work on them.

This clinic doctors are all good the problem is the registration staff it takes time to wait even registered already waiting for 2-3 hours and the most scenario is the staff entertain first behind my Q which is aound stupid 2-3 times already happened to me. Not to mentioned the staff but hope must take deciplinaru action regarding this matters. Thats all in regards with doctors are all ok and good.

This will be my last visit to this clinic. Always pleased with the services rendered by Drs Lee and Joshi. The nurses - despite some negative reviews - are doing their level best, particularly during the Covid crunch and I applaud them. But this Eugene Loke is a piece of work. Arrogant, condescending, accusatory, disrespectful. I hope all the students observing in the examination room today realize what they should NOT become if/when they serve as doctors. I am sure taking my business elsewhere will not dent Eugene's personal wealth. But I do hope his reputation takes a hit, and that MOH should consider taking him off the list of GPs for medical students to observe under. Bad example.

3rd March 2022 8am - We accompanied my partner to see the doctor to certify his positive covid status and we found it odd that it was tested negative at the clinic when both tests the night before showed the opposite. But we thought it might be a fluke and just went home to get more recovery rest. One thing that surprised me was that the clinic didn’t wait 15 mins before giving his ART results. It was almost instantaneous. 4th March 2022 10.30am - The next morning my partner tested with another brand of the ART kit and it was clearly positive so he went back to the clinic. His home thermometer also showed that he was clearly having fever. When he was swabbed there it was negative once again. His temperature in the clinic was 36.5 degrees. He was perplexed and quite unhappy at the wasted trips and decided to try another clinic nearby. 4th March 2022 11.45am- The clinic waited for awhile before telling him that he was positive and his temperature indicated slight fever. I think we can draw our own conclusion from this experience but I would avoid this clinic. One consolation is that because we went to the clinic so early on 3rd, we witness the elderly cleaning auntie carefully wiping down the whole clinic. (Quite heart pain to see this actually.) They do take precautions on the hygiene.

Saw Dr Joshi for Hepatitis A vaccination while my son saw him for common flu. Wait time was reasonable but consult fee was $40+ for my son, rather pricey. 2 clinic assistants were around. The Filipino who did my registration was courteous enough. However the chinese staff was down right rude. She administered a ART for my 6 year old and she was not caring nor patient. Even when explaining medications, she was impatient and rude, when my husband was clarifying the plethora of medications prescribed to my son, the chinese staff just gave a fierce glare as if we can't ask questions. Why do you treat your patients and customers like this? If dealing with patients steals the caring nature clinic assistants should have, that the staff just functions like an emotionless rude robot then I rather bring my money elsewhere.

Not sure why there was such negative reviews previously, but as one of the few clinics in this area open on a Sunday, the process and procedure was very smooth and efficient. Brought my baby boy here on a Sunday at 315pm due to high fever, but saw the doctor by 4pm despite a queue. Awaiting the medication, but expect to be done in 15mins time max. Nurses helped with the swift registration, and the doctor was professional. Just thought to put up a more up to date review for a fair review for all to see.

Went there at 2.30pm and only saw the doctor at 6.30pm!! There is a queue to get registered and after that, they will call you for your turn. I waited outside as there was a crowd inside. Waited for around 2 hours watching them call out everyone else's name except mine. I went in to check and was told that they called my name but I didn't respond. Funnily enough they told the lady after me the same thing. I had to wait another hour and a half to see the doctor. Everyone there looked either miserable or annoyed. The only reason why they didn't get 1 star is that the nurses were quite pleasant.
