All staff at the front desk are nice and friendly specially the doctor who was in that day..

Staff were attentive, clinic is clean and average waiting time is around 10-15 mins. My go to clinic whenever I am not feeling well.

So far so good. Doctor listened to my issue and provide the diagnosis. However, it will be good to have mandarin speaking staff for those elderly who can't converse in English.

Of all the clinics that I had looked up, I decided on this on because of the reviews. And I wasn't disappointed at all. I was first impressed by the crowd control at the door. The staff spoke clearly and professionally to me. Inside I spoke to another staff who did the registration and she too was clear, polite and professional. Dr Devanshi attended to me and she too was clear, and addressed my concerns professionally despite looking somewhat tired. After the consult, I was attended to by another staff who was also clear, polite and professional when advising me on the next steps to expect. She even made a joke, which I appreciated. All in all, I was in and out of the clinic in less than an hour, and the overall experience was a good one. If there is one improvement to make, that would be to expand the clinic floor area. It is rather narrow and granted, the space has been optimised. But if there is opportunity to enlarge the floor space, do consider. It will feel less claustrophobic.
