★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered $6 Tau Pok You Tiao and $6 rojak. One small pack of prawn paste sauce with chilli was given to me for the Tau Pok You Tiao without checking with me. I walked back to the stall and asked for another packet of sauce without chilli. The man told me that only 1 small packet of sauce will be given for 1 order. I offered to pay for the additional packet but he said in a hostile manner that his stall does not sell sauce!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly rude uncle. Borders on being vicious. The rojak here used to be nice, under another lady. Ever since he took over, the rojak tastes so bad. Well, when someone is this nasty, can’t expect the food to taste good. Will never go back again. Used to be a regular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am looking for good rojak in the east since the one at Dunman road is temporarily closed due to the hawker center being renovated. And I chanced upon these reviews on the East Coast Lagoon rojak and I totally agree with how nasty the uncle was! Rojak was bad too. I used to buy from the stall when it was a lady owner. It was nice then. The 3 times I’ve been there since this chap took over had been terrible. He really was very nasty and it was no wonder the rojak tasted bad too. Would never patronize the stall again.
