★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not explain thoroughly when giving medicine the first time. Called asking for an explanation on the medicine given. Was asked to head down and Paid more just for a sentence of advice which could have be said the first time or over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor became our family doctor. She’s very detailed and kind. She would also recommend you to get body checkup at reasonable center if you asked for. The staffs are friendly. Consultation and medications fees are reasonable (at least around S$40). If you want to get vaccinations, she won’t take consultation fees or you have to pay very less than normal consultation fees. If you don’t want to queue for so long, kindly make an appointment earlier.

2. refused to take my corporate insurance card and made me pay upfront
basically super messy and unprofessional

BUT Clinic should make those that that are not present when their number is called to get a new number. Instead of backtracking to that number. Those people that take number then go out and missed their number must take a new a number. The fault is on them for not being present when their number is called.
