Doctor Helen is very good and detail. but consultation fee is a bit too expensive and never inform customer is counting by min and doctor take her sweet time to consult patient and answer her call etc with is i feel unfair to me.other then that overal is good. 7/7/2021 Reply to Doctor Helen,yes kindly refund me and just charge me resonable consultation fee accordingly waiting for your respone.thanks

I came here bcus of i see there's good review. But unfortunately did not even get to see the doctor. I came to clinic to make walk in appt after trying to call the clinic for 6 times as line was engaged whole day, only to be told that it was fully booked for the day and come next day at 5pm. Next day before i come, I called first and was told its ok to come at 4.30pm. Bt upon arriving I waited until 6pm for 2 patient infront of me and was still not call in. 2 times I went to ask if its going to take any longer, 1st patient was told another 10mins after waiting for 40mins, 2nd patient 15mins after waiting for 30mins. so i walked out of the clinic feeling extremely disappointed bcus I have a small baby at home and I planned to make this clinic trip quick. Receptionist was not warm and friendly and not guilty for letting patient wait so long. The receptionist should have known that it is going to take a long time as such should NEVER LET Patient w appt come early and let them wait for 1 HOUR PLUS inside the clinic. Patients waiting in the queue should be well informed of the estimated waiting time. They Need to learn to manage the waiting time bcus some clinic let us wait at home and will call us if we are next in queue. This will be the first and last trip for me. Extremely Disappointed w the waiting time.

The first time i consult her for my cough, she was so nice and very sincere for my consultation. So the second time i went to see her was due to a sudden rash i have all over my body and i didn't regret coming all the way from Woodlands. She really treated me with so much love and care! I was so worried as I'm unsure of the cause of rash but she took time to examine me and explained to me the diagnosis. She even used a lotion from the clinic to apply all over my hands just like a concern mother trying to treat her child ? I'm really touched by her genuine actions and she don't make me pay for unnecessary medications. I'm definitely going back there if I'm unwell the next time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THE NICEST FEMALE DOCTOR I'VE EVER CONSULT ??

Went here for the first time to change my surgical wound dressing! Dr. Helen Tan is very cute, detailed and sincere in her explanation and she told me what I can do to avoid wound infection, she gave me a few plastic zip lock bags to take home for free to cover the wound during shower, the nurses stood in to assist with the wound dressing and I believe that is the reason why waiting time to see the doctor could be long. Nevertheless, Dr. Helen Tan is not any family doctor, she goes the extra step to her patients, there is a personal touch by her. The nurses are very friendly and approachable, they have compassion towards the patients, as nurses play a big part in the overall impression of a clinic, it makes me feel welcomed at the clinic. The overall cost is reasonable, I had a consultation, dressing done and urine test and I feel the cost is manageable and lesser than I expected. Keep it up.

The best doctor I ever seen after my regular GP moved to Australia in 2006. I’m glad I found doctor Helen 2 years ago. She’s very detailed and always found out my problems. She always treat me once and I'm all fine after that. Save me my time.

Been seeing this beautiful and kind hearted Dr for the past 13 years! I disagree with some that she charged too expensive. She is the only Dr whom will examine you thoroughly and patiently. Many complained about the waiting time. But when it comes to us, we would definitely like the Dr to spare some time to understand our health problems instead of rushing and then missing out on important details to further assist our own health issues. Best service - Equivalent fair charges Less service - Polyclinic is the answer. Ps : As she is an awesome Dr, long queues are expected. I normally call and make an appointment before i come down. The staff will normally call us when our turn is approaching. Its simple!!! * She was a panel clinic of our company * Her beauty products work wonders! * She have treated me for various sickness.
