★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Loke is very friendly and considerate doctor. Been visiting him for 10years now for myself and my kids. Carefully listens to patient and diagnose, treat with good care. Never prescribes antibiotics unless it’s a severe condition. Highly recommend his service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there at 6.45pm waiting for them to open. I was the 3rd patient. Waited more than an hour to see him. Told him I have sore throat and bad cough. He didn’t even bother to check my throat . Just listen to my lungs. Told me I need to do swap test. don’t know what to say. Why???Must accumulate all the swap test patients do together. I was sitting there waiting for the other 2 to come. The other 2 patients got the queue no. but left the clinic. I cough like mad outside… everyone see me like Covid patient? if I really do have Covid…I’m spreading my “love”… me BAN this doctor. It’s not near my place and the service is terrible. I ask the nurse and she said must wait for other patients and do together. I’m speechless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waiting time is long. however, clinic assistant/nurses are patient, friendly and helpful. doctor is good too. easy process for those with insurance GP card. just fill up a simple form. you can also visit and check with doctor whether you can take covid19 vaccine.
update: change to 3 stars. i came at 12.19 and the staff rejected me. i have v swollen eye but they ask me to come back at 2pm. obviously they don't care abt the patients at all. there is only 1 patient left in the clinic, but clinic didnt accept me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long waiting time, had to wait 2 hours just to visit the doctor and get my medicine. Still have to wait for the doctor to finish seeing all her patient before i get to swabbed. Nurse can’t help to swabbed? There’s 3 nurses on shift but all can’t help to swab? Poor service from the nurse and receptionist too, poor attitude??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was discharged to clinic by TTSH to continue maintain my medical condition which has stable. Imagine I need to call 2wks in advance before med run out but when am there they told me need consult doc and get doc signature before they can dispense med and i need to wait another 3 to 4 days. Now it's been a wk after seeing doc and i have not received call from them to pick up my medication. I am super running out.
