โ โ โ โ โ Doctor come in clinic very late. Run clinic less than half hour, clinic going to rest. This good life clinic how to serve patients? 20 years ago, the 9ld doctor was the same, now new doctor also same.

Counter lady was rude AF. Was told that the panel Is not available when the clinic actually reflected in my app - mednefits. Was also told that doc is not there yet. If cannot wait just leave.
The clinic close at 1230 I believe. At 11 ish doctor is still not there???
Apparently all the reviews for heartland health across Singapore is really bad. Please do not visit them if you're not feeling well. Services aside already shown they don't even bother. Can't imagine the diagnosis and prescription of medicine.
Would have selected 0 stars if there's an option.

โ โ โ โ โ Came in unwell at ~9am only to be told by counter staff that the doctor will only be in between 11:30am-12:30pm despite the opening hourse being listed on Google, their website, and even on the notice board in front of the clinic as 8:30am-12:30pm. Was also told that it has always been like this. Absolutely terrible, avoid this place at all cost.
