I reached at about 1.30pm and the wheelchair is ready by 2.07pm. All sorts of medical equipments are also sold at the shop.

Salesperson are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They replied to my whatsapp messages almost instantaneously and was very patient and detailed in all their replies to my endless queries. Their prices for some items are also one of the lowest as compared to other vendors. I reached out to them on Whatsapp to inquire and got responses immediately! I was able to arrange for a scooter with delivery on same day. They communicated very effectively and delivered exactly on time. They were also nice to accept cash as a method of payment since we are not Singaporeans and don't have any of the payment apps that are used in SG. I'm really glad I found them because now my father feels more confident coming to Singapore knowing that he can easily rent a scooter for a few days or more. I would definitely recommend them!! The staff are friendly and professional. Service is speedy. On top of that, we get a replacement wheelchair so we can move around the mall while waiting for the tires to be replaced. Very happy with the whole experience, highly recommended.
