强烈建议大家别去这家办理任何业务！ 工作人员粗心大意，居然没帮顾客买对行李，导致顾客在机场付了高额行李费用(这个信息是我在办理签证时目睹的，顾客找上门来投诉，工作人员态度很粗暴，做错事也没有道歉)。 另外，办理签证速度很慢，而且因为人手不够在工作时间关掉了其中两间店面，只有两间在营业，给来取签证的顾客造成不便。 总之，服务素质和态度很差，工作人员没有耐心。

Very bad service, customer service playing handphone game all tbe time and being very rude when asking for service.

Wonderful Durian Trip. Only dont feel that Malaysian tour guide can speak Singapore is not good using her mic.

Terrible customer service. Promised 3-5 working days to issue Malaysian visas. Ended up waiting 10 days. He had rejected the photos I sent over and insisted I took a new set. These photos were approved by the ICA, so I have no idea why EASYGO could not do the same. When I went to collect my passport, he said he was busy, so he asked his colleague to attend to us instead. He did not give his colleague clear instructions and I ended up with one less passport. When I called the staff that had attended to me, he pushed the blame onto me and my family. He said it does not matter whether I stay on as a customer and that it would not make a difference to lose me as a customer. I haven't even finished talking and he hung up. Instead of giving me solutions to solve the issue, he decided to hang up. I tried calling another 2 times and he refused to pick up my calls. Extremely disappointed in the service attitude. Do not recommend. After all this, the worst part is because of the delay, my holiday plans were affected and now I do not even need the VISA. Waste of time and money and energy. If Easygo is shortstaffed, maybe you guys should not promise people things or hire more people.

If I can give a negative rating, it will be best!! Worst experience ever. Booked air ticket from EASYGO when we reached airport check in. The counter told us the air ticket has been cancelled....So we when to the airline company and check what happen? The airline manager told us the air ticket has been cancelled by agent company..This is sooooo ridiculously This company agents are Super bad attitude and really rude. And the boss who replied my email is not sincerity at all, The boss didn't even apologies this accident happen... Kindly skip this travel agency as there are plenty of choices of travel agency outside
