★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred by a friend for Malaysia visa service here as Malaysia embassy does not accept walk in application. While going through my documents , they did not mention any risk of declined due to the fact passport expired next Oct , which is 11months ahead. They say as per their experience, you might get a shorter visa period. Yet they informed me Visa officer declined to process the application, however only willing to refund 14 dollars( total I paid is 52). Suggest avoid at all time due to their unprofessional and being irresponsible. Also note that they are listed as appointed travel agency on high commission website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - My booking date was for 14 May, tour provider called me on the exact date that I booked that the tour don't have enough pax
- The tour provider should black out the dates when they already know 14 May they could not fulfil 8 pax when I booked on 7 May
- Tour provider proposed for 29 May, got cancelled again
- Tour provider whatsapp me for tour date on 30 June I could not make it
- Tour provider whatsapp me today for tour date on 27 Aug - I agreed but they cancelled again
Back and forth so many times but I could not even go for the tour and it has been 3 months. They are scamming people to book their tours on Klook to fulfil their min.8 pax
