Average at best, cheap noodles but mediocre standard. Nothing to shout about, just something to fill up your tummy

Lady staff and guy manager was very rude towards my family and myself. In the end, we lost appetite to eat due to their rude behavior! What a waste of money! What happened on the 29th of August 2021 at 1:47PM. When I was placing my family's order at the counter, we ordered 2 bowls of laksa and 1 bowl of mincemeat noodles. For the first bowl of laksa, the lady staff at the counter didn't ask which type of noodle we wanted and just proceeded in cooking in the midst of taking my order. After she is done preparing that 1 bowl, she then continued to take my order which she then ask which type of noodle I wanted. Without thinking much, I assumed that my order is done properly with the noodles my family wanted. To my surprise, the first bowl which the lady staff prepared was wrong because she just put in any noodle she wanted. I told her nicely that we wanted yellow noodles but she said, "Too bad. I made it already. We always put this noodle. So take it or leave it." I was very furious about it but remained calm and spoke to the male supervisor/manager. I specifically told him, "Hi, your colleague previously didn't ask which type of noodle we wanted in our laksa which she did for the later order. Could you change it for us to the correct noodle?". The male manager then spoke in a loud tone and said, "Noodle is made already. We cannot change it. Take it or leave it." I was very appalled by his way of handling this matter and continued to ask nicely to change the noodle because it is a mistake on their end. In the end, the male manager raised his voice and started shouting that noodle is made already. If you want, just take it or leave it. Due to the supervisor/manager's sudden raise in tone, I had to raise my voice as well because it is very unprofessional as a supervisor/manager to act in such a way especially towards a customer when it is his team that made the mistake. In the end, he tried to cover his own mistake by shouting, "So what did I say earlier, I told you I will change it correct?". After witnessing the whole scene, another customer had to step in to calm the supervisor/manager down by stating it is just a bowl of noodles. What is Fei Siong Group doing? Is this how your staffs are trained in which it allows your supervisor/manager to shout at your customers? Your food may taste slightly above average but your staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. This will be my last purchase with Eat. or any Fei Siong Group's brands until I get a proper follow up on this matter!

Nice for the minced meat noodles and curry rice.

Nearby Blk 3020 Ubi Ave 2 has a popular roast meat shop. Normally you would see a long line queing to buy the meat.

The laksa and dumplings soup was nice

If you are hungry and you only have a tenner, this is THE place to get fuelled up in the middle of orchard area for cheap. Can't stress how many times I come here after work. ?

I went for a bowl of noodles on 02 may 2022 at Century square , but found they have removed all pricing from the menu. You only know how much to pay after ordering. Before Covid-19, the prices were prominently displayed, but not now. Sad to have to resort to this to save costs or to earn extra.

Small little shop in the basement of century square... All of local delicacies... Fish ball noodles, curry noodles etc etc in a Aircon environment n a slightly higher price than the normal market...
