Not only did he provide the relevant information but he aided us in our decision-making. Thanks to Ben and his team. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben, sales executive followed up on my request for a storage unit which I put in three weeks ago. At that point the size I wanted was not available and he promised to call me back which he did. I am pleased with his good service provided. I signed up on the spot after viewing the size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dodgy and unprofessional. They said insurance coverage is included in rental but the T&C says otherwise. Plus the T&C is ridiculous. Basically you STORE AT YOUR OWN RISK at this place. I was vomiting blood trying to resolve this issue with them. During the process, the sales people refused to return my calls and they kept telling me to go find another storage after I'd moved everything in. So RUDE! Easy for them to say because all my items are in their facility and I'd have to be the one to arrange and pay for movers again! Once my items are out, I'm never coming back or recommending this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to store stocks for my homebased business. the sales person know what the customer needs so well, able to advise me on the correct storage size that I should sign, help me to save a lot. Definitely will recommend this place to my other home based business friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently introduced to EBC... did a few self storage comparison before i came by... Was very happy to realize overall EBC environment + storage area was very well managed, clean & not like other typical industrial warehouse.
Love their service staff + sign up procedures was simple & professional.
Took up my very own storage unit & will definitely recommend to my friends...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place yesterday. Service standards was the same as other storage place - clean, knowledgeable & polite sales staff. I saw receptionist receive goods/delivery of small parcels for "tenants". Aircon wasn't too cold but I didn't mind cos my stuff is not temperature-sensitive. Liked the cafe. However they can't remember numbers ! I was quoted an amt for long term rental but the invoice was different. I gave up cos it's hard to do business with people who can't keep to verbal agreement. Payment is upfront for entire lease with 2 mth deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates are higher than Store Friendly which is air conditioned and in much more accessible locations. Staff will quote you a low rate and then at renewal try to hike your rent by 40-50% betting that you won't go through the hassle of moving out. Thanks for angering away long term customers. Good bye and good riddance.
