However, the management style is kind of 80s style. No one take responsibilities.
2 air conditioners are broken for 2 weeks and no news of repair yet.
To be fair, they are learning. Eg. They manage to put up a SOP to help tenants to receive parcels when you are not around. This is a major achievement for them under current management style. Thanks-you.
Actually they are quite receptive if you are helping them to be better instead of just criticizing them.
Will update on the air-conditioners status, because that will reflect the efficiency of the mgmt.
update:
Yes, the mgmt replaced both with new air-cond and relay the piping. It was a major rework instead of minor patch up. This tell me the mgmt is serious with their work quality, and that is why it took so long. Great work Singapore G !
