β β β β β I like this shop. They sell most things i need for maintaining and fixes for furniture, fixtures, kitchen, bathroom, electricals, laundry. Very convenient and informed staff (esp older staff).

β β β β β The young sales assistant has little knowledge of products in the store! I let her see a Torx Screwdriver She says the store doesn't sell them ... until I let her see Google photos then she show me what she has ! When I showed her an actual Torx Screwdriver she didn't bother to take a good look ! Or she didn't bother to check if the Set of Torx Screwdrivers in the store was the same thing ! SELFFIX DIY Boss kindly train your staff properly!!! Staff should have a more helpful attitude of checking the store before replying they do not have the product requested...So I almost missed buying a set of Torx Screwdrivers because of her poor knowledge / poor attitude of not bothering to check the store till I came back the second time after 5 mins checking Google Images - 20 February 2022, 3.30pm.
