★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i dont know why they have so many negative reviews. but from my experience with them was really a fruitful one, no regrets getting them to do my dye (: although he did warn me that after bleaching, my hair will turn out to be very very dry, but i still went ahead anyways. they are also not pushy at all with their own products. did not even mention a single word about it. they told me to invest in my own mask/oils/hair treatments. service was great and very friendly staff! was attended by Aaron Ong (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very put off by the male stylist who kept insisting that I should not do a root touch up (soft rebonding) despite telling him multiple times that a texture treatment will not suffice for my hair type. He made me sign something to state that if anything went wrong with my hair they were not responsible, and after which another female hairdresser took over and she did a fabulous job! Best rebonding (root touch up) I have ever done! Hair feels amazing, even without additional treatment(s). Stars off, for the annoying first part of my experience, so thankful I did not give in to his forceful "professional opinion!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The root revival hair treatment (natural products) done by both Masako and Nic, both of the stylists, was great, cooling and refreshing. The head massage was awesome. My daughter's hair stylist Stanley did a great job as well.....Recommended to go ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Stanley and Miko for my first Empire Charme experience! I came in not knowing which treatments to get and Miko recommended the right ones suitable for my scalp and hair. I did Root Revival and Amino something treatments. There was no hard selling of products and packages at the end. It’s very hard to find hairstylists who really care for your hair and I think I found the place. Thank you! I love my hair now and I sure will come back again.
