Worst staff ever, every time i order the staff doesn’t even bother to serve at the counter like never see somebody queue there. Never give me any chopsticks and wasabe. So many years already still the same terrible service.

Visited at noon on 27 Sep. The senior lady who served was extremely rude. No response to question and slapped return money on the table. Very unacceptable.

The lot one outlet has the WORST staff. We waited awhile before the lady working there headed to the cashier to cash out our items. When she was taking off her gloves, she was shaking her head at us, like having to stop what she was doing to collect payment for the sushi was such a chore?!! After which i asked to BUY extra wasabi (for my salmon sushi). Without asking for any clarification, she checked the plastic bag of the sushi I bought and said "I'll give you one" and proceeded to THROW a packet of wasabi into the plastic bag. I repeated myself and said I want to get another one. and she very rudely RAISED HER VOICE and said "give you one only". It was a very unnecessarily frustrating experience and they really need to find staff who recognize that it is their job to cash out the sushi and LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMERS ARE ASKING FOR. NEVER GOING BACK.

The staff refused to accept capland vouchers which is going expiring in Nov 2019. They want me to use my other vouchers which only expires Jul 2020. Reason being their mgnt did not claim refund from capland and wants their staff to utilise the vouchers. I don't understand why their mgnt rules become customers problem which is unfair to customers when I do not wish to use my unexpired vouchers yet.

one of the staff is so rude ? i told her i wanted to use paywave and she told me ‘scan la’ like chill bruh i cant even hear her bc it was quite noisy at that time

Buy a few time from this shop, first time was ok.. second and third time have to self service myself to put the cash on the table and take plastic bag and chopstick myself cause the aunty is BUSY making sushi.. fine , can understand that she is busy. But than Today want buy again before me is another aunty buying sushi asking the price after the cashier scanned the sushi. The cashier aunty never tell price and say in chinese "来给我 " asking the customer to give the money in a very bad tone. Than my turn i ask the aunty to help me put mayonese onto the bowl of sushi rice.. she say "不可以 , 我还要赶货" this cashier aunty have attitude problem ! I wont purchase again anymore. Not recommended to purchase from this shop also. So many bad review yet this still same pattern.

Rude Staff; for both Cashier and Lady who prepared the sushi. Cashier and Food Lady conversed with their masks pulled down to their chins while the latter was preparing Aburizal Salmon Sushi. When I purchased (against better judgement lols) 1 of said set of 6pcs Aburi Salmon with Mayo, and told the cashier I will check if I have 80cents in coins, Cashier told me without missing a beat “I am not going to wait; waste my time, just take the change.” And proceeded to SLAM said change of coins on the counter. Food Verdict: Very Strong Fishy smell and taste which the Mayo couldn’t even mask. @@ Other sushi joints offers cheaper and tastier Aburi Salmon.
